Blockades Update

Dear Customer,

The following excerpt is taken from a Customer Bulletin received from CN:

[Start]

We would like to update you on the status of the illegal blockades on our rail network.

The illegal blockade in Saint Lambert, QC, east of Montreal, QC has ended, allowing us to resume service in the area.

The illegal blockade in Tyendinaga, ON, east of Belleville, ON, is ongoing and now into its 16th day.

In the East, due to the current illegal blockades, we have adjusted our operations to serve customers but have been forced to only run limited service in the impacted areas until the illegal blockades end. These illegal blockades are unrelated to CN's activities, and beyond our control.

In the West, our recovery plan is well underway. Our service levels are improving daily, and we are working around the clock to return to normal operations and the level of service you are accustomed to across the entire Western region.

We would like to thank you for your patience and support during this difficult time. We would also like to thank all the industry associations and our supply chain partners for their support.

We continue to monitor this situation closely and will notify you of any significant developments should they occur over the weekend.

Should you require any further information please contact your account manager or customer service representative.

[End]

We will continue to provide updates as they become available.

Sincerely,

HENSALL GLOBAL LOGISTICS
