The health and welfare of the Hensall Global Logistics team, our clients and our communities is our highest priority and foremost in our thoughts as we actively monitor and address the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to assure you that we have business continuity plans and protocols in place to allow us to operate with as little disruption as possible. These include diversifying our work spaces to maximize social distancing. As such, your customer service representatives may be working remotely from home or from temporary, alternative office locations.

The first quarter of 2020 has proven to be a challenging one for Canadian importers and exporters. The recent CN rail blockades, followed by the COVID-19 pandemic has challenged and will continue to affect the provision of transportation and logistics services. Hensall Global Logistics remains committed to customer service and operational excellence. We will continue to work diligently to meet and exceed customer expectations.

In light of current events it is likely that there will be supply chain and service disruptions over which we have no control. While we will work hard to find solutions to meet your needs, circumstances may give rise to a “Force Majeure” event or a situation where it will not be possible for a service to be performed. Our customer service team will keep you up to date on developments concerning service levels and issues.

We can confirm that our knowledgeable team will continue to be available through email and / or telephone communication and will do all possible to answer any questions you may have.
