We are now in the 15th day of the ongoing protest and illegal blockade on the CN rail network in Eastern Canada between Toronto and Montreal (Tyendinaga, ON). Montreal Gateway Terminal declared Force Majeure February 20, 2020 due to no immediate resolution in sight and anticipated prolonged recovery period. Terminal storage will apply to all import intermodal containers with dwell exceeding 5 calendar days effective Tuesday February 25th, 2020.
